has been accepted for publication in BMC Bioinformatics. In this article, we describe a novel approach to account for pathways in metabolomics differential analysis for longitudinal data. The method has been implemented in the R package phoenics, available on CRAN, and is part of Camille Guilmineau’s PhD work.
